The world of horses is an exciting one. Those

who own and work with them are often

involved in a 'labour of love'. From the private

barn to the well developed training and boarding

facility, each takes pleasure in the relationship

with these magnificent Equine creatures.

There are so many different disciplines and

activities involving the horse, from dressage to

eventing, trail riding to therapeutic riding,

carriage driving to jumping. Each gives

opportunities for the enjoyment of the horse.

Hopefield Stables is a small, independent horse farm located in North, Eastern Ontario. They have a variety of horses, engaged in various activities from pleasure riding to show jumping and eventing.

Focus:

To create a logo image, and trailer application. The logo needed to convey the elegance of these horses, while expressing friendliness. We chose a type face which is chiseled and flowing. From there, we allowed the font to flow into the outline of a horses head to say that Hopefield and horses are linked as one. The dark blue trailer became the canvass for the light gray logo.
